Where does the tender data come from?
Every hour we ingest the eTenders OCDS (Open Contracting Data Standard) feed from National Treasury — the same feed public procurement is legally required to publish to. That means TenderFit sees every open notice from every organ of state, not a curated subset.
How does the BID / MONITOR / SKIP decision work?
Each tender is scored against your company profile using semantic similarity plus eligibility rules (CIDB grade, BEE level, deadline, region, industry codes). A tunable threshold turns that fit score into a decision. You can override any verdict — the engine learns which of its calls you trust.
Is TenderFit only for South African tenders?
Yes. We index the SA public procurement pipeline (eTenders + provincial + parastatal). Everything is denominated in ZAR, timezones are SAST, and eligibility is checked against SA-specific credentials like CIDB, BEE, and CSD.
What's included in the free tier?

What happens when the 30-day Pro trial ends?
Your account keeps working — you drop to Starter (free). You lose the FIT TAKE briefs, the daily digest, and the ability to add tenders to a pipeline. Nothing is deleted; upgrading to a paid plan restores everything.
